These terms govern your use of the Able to Thrive website and provide an overview of how we work with NDIS participants and their support networks.

By using the Able to Thrive website (abletothrive.com.au) you agree to these terms.
If you engage Able to Thrive to deliver NDIS supports, additional terms will be set out in your Service Agreement. Where the Service Agreement and these terms differ, the Service Agreement takes precedence for service-related matters.
About Able to Thrive
Able to Thrive PTY LTD (ACN 656 521 265) is a registered NDIS provider. We deliver person-centred disability support across Greater Sydney and the Inner West, including day programs, school holiday programs, short-term respite, and 1-on-1 support.
Using this website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. When using the site, you agree not to:
- Break any laws or infringe the rights of others
- Damage, disable, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or collect data
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through any form

- If we agree to work together, we'll prepare a formal Service Agreement covering the specific supports, schedule, fees, and other terms
Service availability depends on geographic area, staff availability, and other operational factors.
Fees, NDIS funding, and cancellations
Our fees align with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits published by the NDIA. We bill against your NDIS plan funding (self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed) per the agreed Service Agreement.
Cancellation and short-notice policies are set out in your Service Agreement and follow the NDIS Short Notice Cancellation rules current at the time of service.
Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, graphics, logos, layouts) is owned by Able to Thrive PTY LTD or our licensors and protected by Australian and international copyright law.
You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercialise our content without our written permission.
