Flexible NDIS holiday support across Sydney, themed days, real adventures, your schedule.

School holidays should be the best part of the year. For NDIS families, they're often the most stressful, finding NDIS-supported activities for your child, somewhere safe, with people who actually understand them. The same juggle, every term.
We run a fresh program every NSW school holiday period, with themes released a few weeks ahead so you can plan and book.
Support is matched to your child: 1:1 as our default, 1:2 where kids can share a worker, and 2:1 support for high-intensity safety or behavioural needs.
Full-day or half-day sessions, extended or shortened to suit your funding and your child. Pickup and drop-off can be arranged.
Little, Junior and Teen Thriver groups welcome kids from 5 to 17, grouped by age and stage.
Our NDIS School Holiday Program runs every NSW school holiday period. Sessions are flexible, we can extend or shorten the day depending on your funding and preferences. Activities mix big-day excursions with creative in-house days, and every session is built around your child's needs.

Support Ratios
Holiday program support is delivered as:

Our default for most NDIS holiday participants.

Sometimes available for participants who can share a worker (e.g. siblings or compatible kids).

Available for high-intensity participants who need two workers for safety or behavioural support.
We talk through the right support ratio for your child during the booking conversation.
What to Bring
Most activities are covered by us as part of the support. For some excursions (theme parks, ticketed venues, special events), there may be entry or activity costs, we'll always let you know in advance.

Booking your child's spot takes four quick steps.
Fill in the booking form above or give us a call.
We confirm your child is set up with us. First-time bookings include a brief intake.
We email you the upcoming holiday schedule as soon as it's released.
You let us know which days or weeks you want and we lock them in.
See below the most commonly asked questions we get at Able to Thrive.
We can use Core Supports or Capacity Building funding, depending on your child's plan and goals.
A lot of our holiday kids start out hesitant. We design the first day to be low-pressure, slower pace, plenty of opt-out options.
We handle medication administration with proper authority. You complete a medical and consent form during enrolment.
For your child's first day, parent attendance is welcome if it helps with transition.
Our minimum is 3 hours per session across all our supports. The 3-hour minimum lets us provide quality, unhurried support, and matches the way most NDIS providers work.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. We're lenient where there's a genuine reason, illness, hospital admission, family emergency. We just ask that you let us know as early as you can. We'll always explain the policy clearly in your Service Agreement before services begin.
Yes, most of our supports can be funded under Core Supports or Capacity Building, depending on the goal of the session. If the focus is day-to-day support it usually sits under Core; if the focus is skill-building it sits under Capacity Building. Contact our team and we'll help work out which funding category fits your situation.
Book your child into the next holiday program, or call us and we'll sort it over the phone.
