Short term stays across Sydney where participants have a great time and families get real time to rest.

Caring for someone you love is rewarding, but everyone needs a break sometimes. Participants, families and carers alike. Respite gives everyone the chance to rest, reset and come back stronger.
Comfortable, fully accessible accommodation where participants feel welcome, safe and free to be themselves.
Our experienced team is on hand around the clock for personal care, meals, medication and anything else the stay needs.
We support participants across all of Sydney, from the Inner West to the Shire.
You choose the length, the activities and the routines. An overnight stay, a weekend or longer, it's your call.
Whether it's a planned break or something more urgent, we make respite easy to organise. You get peace of mind knowing your loved one is safe, supported and actually enjoying themselves.

Every stay covers the essentials and then some, including:
If it makes the stay safer, easier or more enjoyable, consider it covered.
See how it worksRespite and Short Term Accommodation is usually funded under Core Supports in your NDIS plan. If STA is in your plan, it's there because time away benefits both you and the people who support you.
It's especially helpful for families and carers who need time to rest, and for participants who want new experiences and a bit more independence.

Is This You?
Respite makes the biggest difference when:

You've been supporting someone around the clock and need real time to rest and recharge.

The participant wants a change of scenery, new activities and the chance to meet new people.

Family travel, work commitments or an emergency means you need safe, reliable care at short notice.
If any of these sound familiar, a short stay can take the load off. Give us a call and we'll talk it through.
Getting Prepared
You don't need anything to get started. But if you have these handy, planning the first stay will be even easier:
A copy of your NDIS plan
Your NDIS number

The dates you have in mind
Questions you want answered, no question is too small
Don't stress if you're missing something. We can start with just a chat and sort the rest together.
Flexible dates. No pressure. Just a comfortable break with the right support around you.

No. The funding is built into your NDIS plan, there's no out-of-pocket cost.
They're closely related. STA is the NDIS funding category that covers short stays away from home, and respite is the break those stays give participants and carers. We help you use it either way.
Of course. We'll work out what feels right for everyone. Some families visit during longer stays, others use the time to properly switch off.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. We're lenient where there's a genuine reason, illness, hospital admission, family emergency. We just ask that you let us know as early as you can. We'll always explain the policy clearly in your Service Agreement before services begin.
Yes, most of our supports can be funded under Core Supports or Capacity Building, depending on the goal of the session. If the focus is day-to-day support it usually sits under Core; if the focus is skill-building it sits under Capacity Building. Contact our team and we'll help work out which funding category fits your situation.
