Support worker time is funded through your plan. Memberships themselves follow specific NDIS rules, and we'll explain upfront what your plan can and can't cover, no surprises.
More than OK. Most of the participants we support are starting from scratch, and we start exactly where you are.
Yes. Parks, pools, walking tracks, sport, your call. The best exercise is the one you'll actually keep doing.
We work alongside your physio or GP guidance and keep sessions within it. Bring any advice you've been given to the first chat.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. We're lenient where there's a genuine reason, illness, hospital admission, family emergency. We just ask that you let us know as early as you can. We'll always explain the policy clearly in your Service Agreement before services begin.
Yes, most of our supports can be funded under Core Supports or Capacity Building, depending on the goal of the session. If the focus is day-to-day support it usually sits under Core; if the focus is skill-building it sits under Capacity Building. Contact our team and we'll help work out which funding category fits your situation.
