Sydney-wide help to understand your plan, find the right supports, and make every dollar count.

Your NDIS plan is approved, now what? For a lot of people, that's where the real confusion starts. Hundreds of providers, complicated funding categories, jargon nobody explains.
Even though we offer other supports, our coordinators are trained to recommend what's right for you, not what fills our calendar.
Our team has years of NDIS experience. We know the difference between Core, Capacity Building and Capital, and how to use each pot of funding properly.
We support participants across all of Sydney, from the Inner West to the Shire.
You won't be passed around. You get a dedicated coordinator who actually gets to know you, your goals, and your situation.
That's where our Support Coordinators come in. We sit down with you, work out what your plan actually means, and help you build a team of providers who deliver on what your plan promised. No pressure, no upselling our own services, no confusing language.

Our Support Coordinators handle the heavy lifting of your plan, including:
If it's in your plan and it relates to putting your supports in place, it's our job to sort it.
See how it worksSupport Coordination is funded under Capacity Building in your NDIS plan. If you have it in your plan, it's there because the NDIS believes you'd benefit from help putting your plan into action.
It's especially helpful if you're new to the NDIS, your situation is complex, or you've had a recent plan change.

Is This You?
Support Coordination makes the biggest difference when:

You've just received your first NDIS plan and don't know where to start.

You're not getting the most out of your existing plan, or coordinating multiple providers is falling on you or your family.

You're approaching a plan review, you've moved to Sydney, or life has changed and your supports need to change too.
If any of these sound familiar, a Support Coordinator can take the load off. Give us a call and we'll talk it through.
Getting Prepared
You don't need anything to get started. But if you have these handy, your first plan walkthrough will be even more useful:
A copy of your NDIS plan
Your NDIS number
A list of your current providers, if you have any
Your goals, in your own words
Any recent reports from therapists or doctors
Questions you want answered, no question is too small
Don't stress if you're missing something. We can start with just your plan, or even help you track down a copy if you've lost it.
Same-day setup. No pressure. No jargon. Just real support that helps you get the most out of your plan.
We reply within one business day.

Yes, most of our supports can be funded under Core Supports or Capacity Building, depending on the goal of the session. If the focus is day-to-day support it usually sits under Core; if the focus is skill-building it sits under Capacity Building. Contact our team and we'll help work out which funding category fits your situation.
