Compassionate, professional NDIS personal care across Sydney, delivered the way you want, when you want.

Personal care is personal. It's about your body, your routine, and your sense of dignity. Getting that right means having support workers who listen, who don't rush, and who treat you like a person and not a task on their schedule.
We do everything we can to keep your support workers consistent. You shouldn't have to re-explain your routine to a new face every week.
Our team speaks more than 7 languages combined. If you'd prefer a worker who shares your background, language or cultural understanding, we'll do our best to match you.
Every support worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check, current First Aid, and ongoing training in manual handling, medication, and disability awareness.
Mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, overnight: we can build a roster that fits your life, not the other way around.
Our personal care team is trained, screened and experienced. But more importantly, they're chosen for the kind of people they are.

From morning routines to overnight care, our team supports the everyday tasks that matter most to your independence and comfort.
Personal care support is funded under Core Supports in your NDIS plan: specifically under Assistance with Daily Life. If you find it hard to manage personal care on your own and your plan includes this funding, we can help.

Absolutely. Personal care is intimate work, and you have every right to choose a worker you're comfortable with.
We aim for consistency wherever we can. Most participants have a small team of 2-3 regular workers.
We'll always contact you first. We'll either offer a backup worker from your existing team, or talk through whether you'd prefer to reschedule.
For most participants in Sydney, we can have personal care running within 3-5 days. Urgent? Tell us. We'll move faster.
Our minimum is 3 hours per session across all our supports. The 3-hour minimum lets us provide quality, unhurried support, and matches the way most NDIS providers work.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. We're lenient where there's a genuine reason, illness, hospital admission, family emergency. We just ask that you let us know as early as you can. We'll always explain the policy clearly in your Service Agreement before services begin.
Yes, most of our supports can be funded under Core Supports or Capacity Building, depending on the goal of the session. If the focus is day-to-day support it usually sits under Core; if the focus is skill-building it sits under Capacity Building. Contact our team and we'll help work out which funding category fits your situation.
