At Able to Thrive, we believe the people we support are the best ones to tell us how we're doing. Whether you want to share a great experience, raise a concern, or make a formal complaint, we want to know.
Telling us something isn't right will never affect the supports you receive. You can bring a family member, friend, advocate, or interpreter to help, or ask someone to give feedback on your behalf.

Talk to us
The simplest way is often a quick chat. Call us on 1300 095 012 or speak to your support worker or coordinator next time you see them. We're happy to listen, take notes, and follow up.
Email us
Prefer to put it in writing? Email info@abletothrive.com.au. Tell us what happened, when, and what you'd like us to do about it. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Fill out the form below. It goes straight to our management team. You can stay anonymous if you prefer, although we'll only be able to follow up if you give us your contact details.
What happens after you tell us
We take every piece of feedback seriously. Here's what to expect.
We confirm we've received your feedback within 2 business days.
A senior team member reviews it and may contact you to better understand what happened.
We aim to resolve concerns within 21 days. If it's complex, we'll keep you updated along the way.
We tell you the outcome and what, if anything, we're changing as a result.
If you're not happy with the outcome, we'll let you know how to escalate, including to the NDIS Commission.

If you don't want to come to us first, or you've already raised it with us and you're not happy with our response, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly. They are independent of us. Contacting them is free and confidential.
