Flexible NDIS support work across Sydney: at home, in the community, wherever your day takes you.

A different worker every week, no context, no connection, starting from scratch each time. That's what support work looks like with a lot of providers, and it wears everyone down.
Personality fit matters as much as skills. We shortlist carefully and you meet before anything starts.
Daily living, community outings, appointments. One consistent person across your week.
Your day, your priorities, your pace. Support follows your lead, not a provider's schedule.
Coordinators and office support behind every shift, so nothing falls through the cracks.
We do it differently. You're matched with a worker based on your needs, interests and personality, and you meet them before anything starts. One consistent person for daily living, community outings, appointments, whatever your week holds. No click? No worries, we re-match. No pressure, no jargon, no strangers.

Our team builds support around your week, including:
If it makes your week work better, we can build it into your support.
See how it worksSupport work is funded under Core Supports, the most flexible part of your NDIS plan. If you have Core funding, you can almost certainly use it here.
It's especially helpful if you need a hand across lots of small things, want one consistent person, or your family carers need regular, reliable relief.

Is This You?
Support work makes the biggest difference when:

You need a hand across many little things rather than one big thing, and it should be one person, not five.

Past providers sent a different worker every week, and you're tired of starting over.

Family are carrying the load, and regular, dependable support would change everyone's week.
If any of these sound familiar, the right support worker changes everything. Give us a call and we'll talk it through.
Getting Prepared
You don't need anything to get started. But if you have these handy, your first chat will be even more useful:
A copy of your NDIS plan
Your NDIS number
A rundown of your typical week
Preferred days and times for support
What a great support worker looks like to you
Questions you want answered, no question is too small
Don't stress if you're missing something. We can start with just your plan, or even help you track down a copy if you've lost it.
Same-day setup. No pressure. No jargon. Just one consistent worker, matched to you.
We reply within one business day.

Yes, meet and greets are standard. You never start with a stranger, and if the fit isn't right we re-match at no cost.
A briefed backup from our team steps in, someone who knows your routine from our notes, never a stranger with no context.
Yes. We build flexibility in from the start, so support can ramp up when life gets busy and ease off when it doesn't.
Coordination organises your plan and providers; support work delivers the day-to-day help. Many participants use both, and we offer both under one roof.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. We're lenient where there's a genuine reason, illness, hospital admission, family emergency. We just ask that you let us know as early as you can. We'll always explain the policy clearly in your Service Agreement before services begin.
Yes, most of our supports can be funded under Core Supports or Capacity Building, depending on the goal of the session. If the focus is day-to-day support it usually sits under Core; if the focus is skill-building it sits under Capacity Building. Contact our team and we'll help work out which funding category fits your situation.
Tell us what your week looks like and we'll match you with the right support worker.
