Common questions

What people ask before getting started

Does this cost me anything out of pocket?

No. Support Coordination is paid from the funding in eligible NDIS plans. We'll confirm what's in your plan on the first call.

I already have a coordinator. Is switching a hassle?

It's usually one ended agreement and one new one. We help with each step and make sure your supports don't skip a beat.

I'm not sure Support Coordination is even in my plan.

That's completely normal, plans are hard to read. Send us a callback request and we'll figure it out together, no charge for the conversation.

Who actually calls me back?

A coordinator from our Ashfield team, and once you're with us, they stay your contact going forward. Enquire during business hours and you'll hear from us the same day.

I find phone calls difficult.

Tell us on the form, we'll text or email instead. At your pace, always.

Do you work with families, carers and guardians?
Yes. With the participant's consent we keep families and nominees informed, and we're comfortable working alongside guardians, child representatives, and other professionals.
Can I use plan-managed, self-managed, or NDIA-managed funding?
All three. We can invoice your plan manager, send you receipts to claim through the NDIS portal, or bill the NDIA directly. Whichever way your plan is set up, we can work with it.
